How to Track Your Shipment
Find your EDX consignment ID, look up shipment status and understand tracking updates in Elon Dynasty Deliveries.
Find your EDX tracking ID
Your EDX ID is created when a consignment is saved. Copy it from the dashboard or ask the sender for the complete identifier. Example IDs shown in a demonstration are not evidence of a real shipment.
Look up the shipment
Enter the complete ID in the homepage tracking form. Check for missing characters if the record is not found. The dashboard also lists consignments associated with your account.
Understand shipment statuses
Created means a record exists. Later statuses may include picked up, in transit, customs, out for delivery and delivered. Statuses reflect information recorded by the operator; they are not independently verified GPS locations.
Payment and delivery are separate
A paid record confirms administrative payment approval. It does not mean the shipment has been collected or delivered. Review the shipment status as well as the payment status.
If tracking is not updating
Refresh the page and check the ID with the sender. Live WebSocket telemetry is not enabled on the current deployment. Contact support with the EDX ID if a status appears incorrect; never share your account password.
